Preparing for the summit shouldn't be stressful. We've compiled the most common logistical questions so you know exactly what to expect.
When is From Sporadic Clients to Full Coaching Business Campfire?
The main portion of the Campfire runs from November 4–6, 2026.
We’ll kick things off with an overview to help you think about which sessions you want to attend and how to get the most from the event. You’ll also be able to join the private community after registering so you can connect with other coaches and get ready for the Campfire
Is it really free?
Yes! You can listen to all sessions and access the daily materials at absolutely no cost. We want this knowledge to be accessible to everyone.
How do I watch the sessions?
Once registered, you'll receive a private link via email. Simply click the link on the day of the event and enjoy listening to the sessions.
Will there be replays?
Free attendees get access to replays for 30 hours after each session. If you need lifetime access, you can upgrade to the VIP pass after registering and watch until January 1, 2027.
Who is this for?
Certified coaches (ICF, NBHWC, or similar) or coaches who are eligible to receive certificate and whose clients come in sporadically and who are ready to move from side gig to a practice that feels real. This isn’t for coaching students who have not thought about their business at all or seasoned coaches looking for advanced growth tactics.
