These Event Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to registration for, access to, attendance at, and participation in events organized by Coach Link Up Inc., including Coach Campfire, virtual summits, workshops, live sessions, networking experiences, and related programming (collectively, the “Events”).
By registering for, accessing, attending, or participating in an Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
1. EVENT ORGANIZER AND BRAND RELATIONSHIP
For purposes of these Terms:
“Coach Link Up” or “Organizer” means Coach Link Up Inc., the entity responsible for organizing and administering the Events.
“Coach Link Up Coaches” refers to the Coach Link Up community, membership, directory, platform, or related programming through which coaches may connect, collaborate, participate in programs, and access Coach Link Up resources. Coach Link Up Coaches is a program or platform of Coach Link Up and is not a separate legal entity unless expressly stated otherwise.
“Coach Campfire” is the name and brand of Coach Link Up's virtual summit and related Event programming. Coach Campfire is organized and operated by Coach Link Up and is not a separate legal entity.
References to “Coach Link Up,” “we,” “us,” and “our” in these Terms refer to Coach Link Up Inc. and its authorized representatives.
Presenters, guest speakers, sponsors, coaches, and attendees are not employees, agents, partners, or joint venturers of Coach Link Up merely because they participate in Coach Campfire or another Event.
2. COACH CAMPFIRE
Coach Campfire is a three-day virtual summit designed to provide education, professional development, connection, inspiration, and resources for coaches and other participants.
Coach Campfire may include prerecorded presentations, live sessions, discussions, workshops, interviews, Q&A sessions, networking activities, and other educational or community experiences.
Participation in Coach Campfire does not create a coaching-client, consulting-client, employment, partnership, agency, joint venture, or other professional relationship between you and Coach Link Up or between you and any presenter.
3. FREE EVENT REGISTRATION
General registration for Coach Campfire is free unless otherwise expressly stated.
You must provide accurate and current information when registering.
Registration and Event access are intended for the individual identified during registration. Access credentials and Event links may not be shared, sold, published, or distributed to others.
Coach Link Up may refuse, suspend, or terminate registration or Event access in cases of misuse, fraud, disruption, violation of these Terms, or other conduct that threatens the integrity of the Event.
Because general admission to Coach Campfire is provided at no charge, free registrations have no refundable cash value.
4. PRESENTATION ACCESS FOR FREE REGISTRANTS
Unless otherwise stated on the Event registration page, each Coach Campfire presentation will remain available to general registered attendees for 30 hours after that presentation becomes available or goes live.
After the applicable 30-hour viewing period expires, general-access attendees may lose access to that presentation.
Participants are responsible for watching available presentations within the designated viewing period.
Failure to watch a presentation during its availability window does not create an entitlement to extended access.
Coach Link Up may adjust presentation availability times when reasonably necessary because of technical problems, scheduling changes, or other Event circumstances.
5. CAMPFIRE STARTER KIT UPGRADE
Coach Campfire attendees may be offered the opportunity to purchase an optional Campfire Starter Kit or other paid upgrade.
The Campfire Starter Kit may include extended access to presentation recordings and any additional materials, bonuses, resources, or benefits specifically described on the purchase page.
Purchase of the Campfire Starter Kit is optional and is separate from free registration for Coach Campfire.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, purchasers of the Campfire Starter Kit will have access to included Coach Campfire presentation videos through December 31 of the applicable Coach Campfire event year. Access expires at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on December 31.
Participants are responsible for accessing and using the materials before the access period expires. Unused access does not entitle a purchaser to a refund or extension.
The Campfire Starter Kit provides access rights only. Purchasing the Starter Kit does not transfer ownership of any recordings, presentations, intellectual property, or other materials to the purchaser.
6. CAMPFIRE STARTER KIT REFUND POLICY
We want purchasers to have an opportunity to determine whether the Campfire Starter Kit is right for them.
A purchaser may request a refund of the Campfire Starter Kit purchase price by notifying Coach Link Up in writing no later than 24 hours of their purchase.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to:
The written request must clearly identify the purchaser and state that a refund of the Campfire Starter Kit is being requested.
Refund requests received after 11:59 p.m. Central Time on the first day of Coach Campfire will not be eligible for a refund except where otherwise required by applicable law.
If a qualifying refund is issued, access to Campfire Starter Kit materials may be terminated immediately.
Refunds will ordinarily be issued to the original form of payment.
Processing times following approval may depend on the purchaser's financial institution or payment processor.
7. EVENT CHANGES AND TECHNOLOGY
Coach Link Up may modify Event schedules, presenters, presentation times, session formats, platforms, programming, or other Event details when reasonably necessary.
Coach Campfire relies on internet services and third-party technology.
Participants are responsible for maintaining:
* appropriate internet access;
* a compatible device;
* necessary software or applications; and
* the ability to access the Event platform.
Coach Link Up does not guarantee that technology will be uninterrupted or error-free.
If a significant technical problem substantially interferes with access to an Event presentation, Coach Link Up may extend the viewing window, restore access, provide replacement access, or take another reasonable corrective action.
Individual internet problems, device problems, scheduling conflicts, or failure to view programming within the designated access period do not create an entitlement to a refund or access extension.
8. RECORDING OF LIVE EVENTS
Coach Link Up may audio record, video record, photograph, livestream, transcribe, or otherwise capture Coach Campfire and other Coach Link Up Events, including live sessions.
By registering for and participating in Coach Campfire or another Event, you acknowledge that designated Event sessions may be recorded.
By entering, attending, speaking during, appearing on camera during, posting in a recorded session, or otherwise participating in a session that has been identified as being recorded, you consent to such recording.
Your participation may include your:
* name;
* image;
* likeness;
* voice;
* video;
* statements;
* questions;
* comments;
* chat contributions; and
* other participation visible or audible during the recorded session.
You authorize Coach Link Up to capture those elements when they occur as part of your voluntary participation in a recorded Event.
9. PERMISSION TO USE EVENT RECORDINGS
To the extent your participation is captured in an Event recording, you grant Coach Link Up Inc. a worldwide, royalty-free, nonexclusive, perpetual license to record, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, display, distribute, stream, broadcast, archive, promote, and create excerpts or clips from the recording.
Permitted uses include:
* Coach Campfire recordings and replays;
* Campfire Starter Kit materials;
* future Coach Link Up educational materials;
* Coach Link Up websites;
* social media;
* newsletters;
* promotional videos;
* advertising and marketing;
* Event recaps;
* archives; and
* promotion of future Coach Link Up or Coach Campfire events.
You understand that Coach Link Up may edit recordings for length, clarity, format, production, promotional purposes, or technical requirements.
You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished recording or promotional material and any right to compensation solely because your participation appears in an authorized Event recording.
Coach Link Up will not intentionally edit a participant's statements in a way that falsely attributes a materially different statement or endorsement to that participant.
10. RECORDING NOTICE AND PARTICIPANT CHOICE
Coach Link Up intends to provide reasonable notice when a live session is being recorded.
This notice may be provided through:
* these Terms;
* the Event registration process;
* an on-screen notice;
* an announcement at the beginning of a session;
* the Event platform's recording notification; or
* another reasonable method.
If you do not wish for your image, likeness, or voice to appear in a recording, you should keep your camera and microphone turned off and refrain from speaking or otherwise participating in a manner that will be captured.
Certain interactive sessions may require participation. If participation in a recorded session is required, Coach Link Up may provide an alternative participation method where reasonably practicable.
11. NO UNAUTHORIZED PARTICIPANT RECORDING
Participants may not record Coach Campfire or another Coach Link Up Event without prior written permission from Coach Link Up.
This includes:
* video recording;
* audio recording;
* screen recording;
* recording through another device;
* automated transcription intended for redistribution;
* copying or downloading Event recordings without authorization; or
* recording other attendees or presenters.
Personal written notes are permitted.
Authorized social media screenshots or clips may be shared when Coach Link Up expressly identifies them as shareable.
12. PRESENTER CONTENT AND AGREEMENTS
Coach Campfire presenters enter into separate agreements with Coach Link Up addressing presenter participation, intellectual property, recording permissions, promotional rights, and related matters.
Those presenter agreements are separate from these attendee Terms.
Presenters generally retain rights in their underlying original intellectual property except to the extent rights or licenses have been granted to Coach Link Up under a separate agreement.
Attending Coach Campfire does not grant participants ownership of or permission to reproduce, sell, teach, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit a presenter's materials, frameworks, slides, worksheets, presentations, recordings, or other intellectual property.
13. COACH LINK UP INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Coach Link Up retains all applicable rights in Coach Link Up-owned materials, including:
* Coach Link Up branding;
* Coach Campfire branding;
* logos;
* Event graphics;
* Event design;
* Coach Link Up-created workbooks;
* recordings;
* edited Event compilations;
* websites;
* templates;
* downloads; and
* other original Coach Link Up content.
Registration or purchase of the Campfire Starter Kit grants you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access the applicable materials for your own personal or professional development.
You may not resell, reproduce, sublicense, publicly distribute, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized derivative products from Coach Link Up Event materials.
14. PARTICIPANT CONDUCT
Coach Link Up is committed to maintaining a respectful, professional, welcoming, and collaborative environment.
Participants must interact appropriately with presenters, Event staff, coaches, and other attendees.
Prohibited conduct includes:
* harassment;
* discrimination;
* intimidation;
* threats;
* abusive or disruptive behavior;
* hate speech;
* unwelcome sexual conduct;
* impersonation;
* unauthorized solicitation or spam;
* sharing another participant's private information without permission;
* infringement of intellectual property rights;
* unauthorized Event recording;
* misuse of Event technology;
* sharing Event login credentials;
* illegal activity; or
* behavior Coach Link Up reasonably determines materially interferes with the Event or other participants.
Coach Link Up may warn, mute, remove, suspend, or permanently exclude participants who violate these standards.
Removal for violation of these Terms does not create a right to a refund.
15. PRIVACY AND EVENT COMMUNICATIONS
Information submitted during Event registration will be used to administer Coach Campfire and communicate with participants regarding the Event.
By registering for Coach Campfire, you also acknowledge that Coach Link Up may add the email address provided during registration to the Coach Link Up mailing list and may send you information regarding:
* Coach Link Up;
* Coach Link Up Coaches;
* Coach Campfire;
* future events;
* educational resources;
* community opportunities;
* products or services; and
* other Coach Link Up news and offers.
Marketing emails will include a method for unsubscribing as required by applicable law.
Unsubscribing from marketing communications will not necessarily prevent Coach Link Up from sending transactional or Event-related communications necessary to administer an Event or fulfill a purchase.
Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with Coach Link Up's applicable Privacy Policy.
16. REQUESTS FOR PRESENTER INFORMATION
During Coach Campfire, participants may have opportunities to request additional information, resources, downloads, offers, or communications from individual presenters.
By making such a request, you understand that your information may be provided to or collected by the applicable presenter.
Once information is provided directly to a presenter, that presenter's own privacy policy, communication practices, and terms may apply.
The presenter may contact you or add you to their mailing list in accordance with their policies and applicable law.
Coach Link Up is not responsible for an independent presenter's subsequent marketing practices, privacy practices, communications, products, services, or use of information provided directly to that presenter.
You are not required to request presenter information in order to participate in Coach Campfire.
17. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PARTICIPANT INFORMATION
Participants should not disclose another participant's confidential, proprietary, personal, or sensitive information outside the Event without permission.
Participants should avoid disclosing identifiable information concerning their own coaching clients or other third parties unless they have appropriate permission to do so.
Coach Link Up cannot guarantee that information voluntarily disclosed to Event attendees will remain confidential.
Participation in Coach Campfire does not create a legally privileged or confidential relationship between participants.
18. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES AND NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
Coach Campfire content is provided for educational and informational purposes.
Neither Coach Link Up nor participation in Coach Campfire guarantees any particular personal, professional, financial, marketing, or business outcome.
Event content does not constitute individualized:
* legal advice;
* financial advice;
* tax advice;
* accounting advice;
* medical advice;
* mental-health treatment; or
* other regulated professional advice.
Participants are responsible for evaluating Event information and obtaining appropriate professional advice when necessary.
19. INDEPENDENT PRESENTERS AND COACHES
Presenters and coaches participating in Coach Campfire may operate independent businesses.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Coach Link Up is not a party to agreements, purchases, coaching engagements, consultations, or other relationships participants independently enter into with presenters or coaches.
Each independent provider is responsible for their own:
* services;
* representations;
* contracts;
* pricing;
* privacy practices;
* qualifications;
* professional obligations; and
* compliance with applicable laws.
Participation in Coach Campfire does not constitute a guarantee or warranty by Coach Link Up regarding the services or results offered by an independent presenter or coach.
20. THIRD-PARTY LINKS, OFFERS, AND SERVICES
Coach Campfire may include links, downloads, offers, services, resources, or recommendations provided by presenters or other third parties.
Coach Link Up does not control and is not responsible for independent third-party websites, products, privacy practices, offers, services, representations, or transactions.
Participants are responsible for independently evaluating third-party offerings before making a purchase or entering into another relationship.
21. NO GUARANTEED RESULTS
Participation in Coach Campfire or purchase of the Campfire Starter Kit does not guarantee:
* new clients;
* referrals;
* revenue;
* increased earnings;
* business growth;
* employment;
* partnerships;
* improved professional performance; or
* any other particular result.
Examples, stories, testimonials, and results discussed during Coach Campfire are illustrative and do not guarantee similar results for another participant.
22. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, COACH CAMPFIRE, THE CAMPFIRE STARTER KIT, AND RELATED MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
COACH LINK UP MAKES NO GUARANTEE THAT EVENT ACCESS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, THAT EVERY PRESENTATION WILL MEET A PARTICIPANT'S EXPECTATIONS, OR THAT EVENT CONTENT WILL PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR OUTCOME.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or warranties that applicable law does not permit Coach Link Up to exclude.
23. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, COACH LINK UP INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO PARTICIPATION IN COACH CAMPFIRE OR ANOTHER EVENT.
FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO A PAID CAMPFIRE STARTER KIT OR OTHER PAID UPGRADE, COACH LINK UP'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID TO COACH LINK UP FOR THE PRODUCT OR UPGRADE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
For free participation, liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
24. FORCE MAJEURE
Coach Link Up will not be responsible for delays, interruptions, programming changes, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include severe weather, natural disasters, widespread internet failures, telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, public-health emergencies, government actions, failures of critical technology providers, or similar circumstances.
Coach Link Up may provide substitute programming, extended access, rescheduling, or another reasonable solution when appropriate.
25. TERMINATION OF ACCESS
Coach Link Up may suspend or terminate an individual's access to Coach Campfire or Campfire Starter Kit materials for:
* violation of these Terms;
* sharing login credentials;
* unauthorized reproduction or distribution of content;
* harassment or misconduct;
* fraudulent activity; or
* misuse of Event systems.
Where access is terminated because of a material violation of these Terms, no refund will be required except where applicable law provides otherwise.
26. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires o
otherwise.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes arising from these Terms or participation in a Coach Link Up Event will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Texas.
Nothing in this section eliminates consumer rights that applicable law does not permit the parties to waive.
27. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
28. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Coach Link Up may update these Terms from time to time.
The version presented or linked when a participant registers will generally govern that participant's registration, except for changes reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect participant safety, address security concerns, or administer the Event.
Material changes affecting an existing paid purchase will be communicated when reasonably practicable.
29. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the applicable Event registration page, purchase page, Coach Link Up Privacy Policy, and any additional terms expressly presented during registration or purchase, constitute the agreement regarding attendee participation in Coach Campfire.
Separate presenter agreements and other agreements entered into directly with Coach Link Up remain separate agreements.

31. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND RECORDING CONSENT
By completing registration for Coach Campfire, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Event Terms & Conditions.
You further acknowledge and agree that designated Coach Campfire and Coach Link Up live sessions may be audio recorded, video recorded, photographed, livestreamed, or transcribed and that your participation may be captured and used as described in these Terms.
